We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead the department of a highly specialized MEP firm based in Los Angeles.

The role has excellent leadership resobiblites within a boutique MEP firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical building systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and lead electrical engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and supporting team development.
• Prepare, review, and approve engineering calculations and construction documents, including signing and sealing designs as a licensed PE.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects using Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud while ensuring compliance with NEC and applicable building codes.
• Oversee quality assurance, design reviews, risk management, and the implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
• Support business development, project planning, and client relationships while delivering innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
