Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer for its Burlington, VT office to lead electrical design on industrial and semiconductor projects from basis of design through construction and startup.

Based in the Burlington area, the role fosters internal career growth and requires coordinating with process, mechanical, and controls engineers to deliver integrated facility designs, with opportunities to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical) with active Vermont registration or eligibility.
Electrical design experience for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or process-driven facilities.
Strong working knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E standards.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design from basis of design through construction and startup.
Perform short circuit, coordination, and arc-flash studies.
Prepare one-lines, load calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with process, mechanical, and controls engineers on integrated facility designs.
Support construction administration, including submittal review and RFI review and site visits.
Review and seal drawings and calculations as Engineer of Record.
Mentor junior engineers and designers.
