Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in R&D or product development in a technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electrostatics, electrical circuits, and insulation systems.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems (up to 20 kV).
• Hands-on experience with designing, building, and testing electrical systems.
• Familiarity with statistical and quality methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and evaluation of electrostatic chucks.
• Conduct research, modeling, and prototyping.
• Execute prototype testing and data analysis.
• Define test parameters and performance criteria.
• Perform failure analysis to improve product performance.
• Manage new product and technology development projects.
• Lead test equipment selection and qualification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet goals.
