Job summary

Entegris Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer in Electrical Engineering to join their Electrostatic Chuck R&D team at the Bedford facility. This role involves driving the research and design of next-generation electrostatic chuck technologies for semiconductor applications.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in a relevant field and at least 3 years of R&D experience. Responsibilities include leading product development projects and performing hands-on testing and analysis to meet high technical standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in R&D or product development in a technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with designing, building, and testing electrical systems.
• Familiarity with statistical and quality methodologies (Six Sigma, DOE, FMEA, MSA).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and performance evaluation of electrostatic chucks.
• Conduct research, modeling, and prototyping to meet customer and product requirements.
• Define test parameters, specifications, and performance criteria.
• Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations.
• Manage new product and technology development projects.
