Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering in lead/senior role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools, capable of leading design efforts and ensuring technical accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in the US defense industry.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance (US citizens only).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from conception to production support.
• Design work including CCAs, cables, electrical subsystems, and test equipment.
• Write design disclosures, requirements documents, and test plans.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution.
• Design and develop electrical systems and components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
