You will report directly to our manager of electrical engineering and you'll work out of our Lancaster, PA location on a On-site work schedule. YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering with prior experience in a lead or senior engineering role

• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools, capable of leading design efforts and ensuring technical accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex electrical engineering challenges
• Experience in the US defense industry
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance (security clearances are only granted to US citizens)
