Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and improve electrical, automation, and production support systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

You will support reliable plant operations through advanced electrical and controls troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to equipment failures while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting with PLCs, instrumentation, motors and drives.
• Experience with electrical distribution systems and electrical schematics.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and production equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, and controls failures to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, manuals, and blueprints.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities and SAP CMMS work orders.
• Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement.
