Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Journeyman’s License with 5–10 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of instrumentation calibration and documentation procedures.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA programming and Rockwell products such as RSLogix/Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View.
• Knowledge of NFPA electrical standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, install, and repair electronic and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration and repair of instrumentation.
• Maintain calibration, configuration control, preventative maintenance, and system integrity records.
• Develop and lead capital projects, support safety reviews and plant meetings.
• Design and layout electrical control panels to comply with UL508A standards; update data acquisition systems.
