Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems to the component level.
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills with Mitsubishi PLCs and motion controllers.
• Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and modify complex PLC and servo programs.
• Design or modify electrical controls to improve reliability and productivity.
• Experience calibrating, testing, and validating electrical systems.
• Strong project management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, install, and maintain electrical and control systems for manufacturing machinery.
• Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC and servo control programs focusing on motion controllers.
• Develop and modify electrical controls to improve reliability and productivity.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, maintenance, and engineering teams on equipment installation.
• Lead and manage projects from concept through fabrication, testing, and implementation.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs to the component level, including calibration and validation testing.
• Evaluate installations and apply engineering analyses to ensure equipment meets requirements.
