You will train controls technicians and collaborate with engineers, maintenance, and vendors to optimize electrical and software components and solve problems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical engineering or related field, with 3+ years in industrial controls and strong PLC/DCS/HMI programming skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years industrial controls experience and strong electrical theory.
• Experience with PLC/DCS/HMI programming and electrical design.
• Proven ability to lead complex control projects and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and teach others about electrical safety practices.
• Design, install and start up new equipment and process controls with teams.
• Support production and maintenance to meet daily priorities and projects.
• Specify PLCs, HMIs, servos, motors, sensors and data analysis software.
• Analyze and modify PLC/DCS/HMI logic to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical and process problems and train staff.
