Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of industrial electrical engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge: Power Distribution, Relays, Drives, Motors, DCS, PLC, HMI, Robotics, Servo systems.
• Experience with OT networks, backup/archiving, and data restoration.
• Ability to lead complex electrical and control projects ($50k–$500k+).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; safety-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Specify, design, and maintain power distribution for production equipment.
• Lead electrical design reviews including component selection and software changes.
• Troubleshoot high-level electrical, mechanical, and process issues and mentor others.
• Train Controls Technicians and cross-functional teams in troubleshooting.
• Oversee safety procedures and lock-out/tag-out programs for equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost production performance.
