Job summary

Jabil is seeking a highly experienced Control Systems Architect to lead the design and integration of PLC, BMS, EPMS, and ATS control across multiple platforms for critical infrastructure. You will develop functional specs, interface definitions, and robust testing plans, guiding FAT and SAT and collaborating with electrical, mechanical, software, and facilities teams.

You will evaluate emerging automation technologies, ensure safety and reliability, and maintain comprehensive documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of control system design and implementation experience.
• Proficient in PLC/SCADA programming, BMS integration, and EPMS.
• Familiar with NFPA, IEC, ISO standards for control systems and safety.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the control system architecture across platforms.
• Develop specifications, design documents, and interface definitions.
• Lead FAT/SAT and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and facilities teams.
