• Experience delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related tools.
• Experience leading safety and environmental programs.
• Strong skills in job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental programs to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate all labor, materials, and equipment for projects.
• Organize and coordinate subcontractor activities for effective collaboration.
• Complete field administration: timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries.
• Supervise and develop a team of 15+ electricians; mentor field personnel.
• Participate in field work when needed; work hands-on alongside teams.
• Collaborate with prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting for smooth workflows.
