Job summary

Jobot in Arizona is seeking an Electrical General Superintendent to oversee multiple medium to large electrical projects concurrently. You will lead field leaders, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget control while promoting a culture of excellence and growth.

You will mentor Foremen and Superintendents, work with the Director of Field Operations, and drive staffing efficiency and process improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple medium to large electrical projects concurrently.
• Supervise and mentor Foremen, General Foremen, and Superintendents.
• Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations to optimize staffing and budgets.
• Oversee scheduling, planning, and execution to meet milestones.
• Drive safety excellence and continuous process improvement.
