Job summary
Josh Pros LLC is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead high-value electrical construction projects in the Kansas City area. You will oversee pre-construction through close-out, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring budget, schedule, and client expectations are met.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical PM experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam or similar tools proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical construction projects from inception to close-out (>$5M) ensuring specs and codes are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and forecasts; manage change orders.
- Coordinate procurement and logistics to ensure just-in-time delivery and minimize delays.
- Lead project meetings; coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure quality.
- Monitor on-site progress; enforce safety protocols and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies per contracts.
