Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
- 10+ years leading engineering teams in a dynamic multi-functional environment.
- Expertise in Electric Drive/Generation Systems and their integration.
Responsibilities
- Act as Electrical Drive/Generation Systems SME in Turbo-Generator and Electric Propulsion pursuits.
- Support Product Strategy and respond to Electric Propulsion pursuits and proposals.
- Partner with leaders to maintain technical maturity roadmaps for related product solutions.
- Own core technical requirements for Electric Drive/Generation Systems.
- Oversee technology maturation of Electric Drive/Generation Systems.
- Support plan to produce an airworthy product.
- Oversee integration of Drive/Gen System design into final production configuration.
