The candidate should have 10+ years in power system design, with proven delivery of power electronics to market, and comfort leading a team in a fast-paced aircraft development environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant power systems experience.
• Power system design experience on large aircraft or equivalent platforms (rocket/satellite/submarine).
• Proven ability to deliver power electronics products to market.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision of the aircraft power system from concept to production.
• Design, develop, and integrate high-power systems for harsh environments (high altitude, radiation).
• Design custom power electronics for high power and high voltage.
• Build a world-class power electronics lab and oversee verification.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver top-level architecture.
