Qualifications

• Power system design experience on large aircraft or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Delivered power system and power electronics products to market.
• Proficient with electrical engineering development tools, simulation, and test equipment.
• Strong technical fundamentals and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision of the aircraft power system from concept to production.
• Design, develop, and integrate high-power systems for harsh environments.
• Design custom power electronics for high power and high voltage.
• Uninterruptible power system with a high-capacity battery.
• Make vs. buy trade studies; select, test, and integrate modules.
• Build a world-class power electronics lab.
• Ensure system performance through rigorous verification.
• Debug complex electrical design problems.
• Lead and mentor the power system design team.
• Drive cross-functional architecture with program leadership.
