Qualifications

• 10+ years of electric machine design experience.
• Hands-on motor design, FEA, testing, and validation.
• Experience taking electric machine designs from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead electromagnetic architecture and motor design.
• Optimize torque, speed, efficiency, thermal, cost, and manufacturability.
• Perform analytical calculations, electromagnetic FEA, and Python-based automation.
• Drive prototype builds, testing, validation, and simulation correlation.
• Collaborate across mechanical, thermal, NVH, controls, manufacturing, and powertrain teams.
• Support material selection, suppliers, process development, and production transition.
• Lead technical reviews and mentor engineers.
