Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and supervise assigned crew members on job sites.
• Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and conduct briefings.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel for project completion.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and timelines to meet deadlines.
• Operate and oversee energized and de-energized work as needed.
• Complete documentation such as JSAs, inspections, logs, and timesheets.
• Serve as primary field contact for supervisors, clients, and inspectors.
• Ensure DOT compliance for vehicles and equipment.
