Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical/Electronics engineer to lead EGSE design and fabrication for the Lunar Lander program. You will design circuits, compose interconnection diagrams, and integrate hardware with spacecraft testing software to ensure safe, reliable tests and launches.

The role requires 10+ years in complex electrical systems, knowledge of sensors and data acquisition, and hands-on circuit design experience. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years hands-on experience.
• Experience in complex electrical systems, circuit design, documentation, fabrication.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and sensor integration.
• Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, scopes, signal analyzers).
• Ability to author design reviews and system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build EGSE hardware and test equipment for lunar lander programs.
• Design circuits and interconnection diagrams for EGSE systems.
• Lead architecture and fabrication of test hardware with vendor integrations.
• Collaborate with test, systems, and flight hardware designers for safety requirements.
• Develop, document, and review ICDs, BOMs, SDDs, and SRR materials.
