Blue Origin LLC is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, integration, and verification of Electrical Ground Support Equipment for the Blue Moon Lunar Lander program. You will build and qualify EGSE hardware, collaborate with test and flight teams, and produce comprehensive design deliverables.

The role requires a strong background in analog/digital circuit design, sensor conditioning, and experience with test equipment and documentation.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in complex electrical systems, circuit design, documentation, and fabrication.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and hardware, controls engineering, and integration with sensors.
• Knowledge of sensor operation theory for various measurement apps (pressure, temperature, displacement, etc.).
• Analog, discrete, mixed-signal circuit design or sensor conditioning experience.
• Experience authoring documentation for and performing Design Reviews for end users and customers.
• Experience with electronic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, generators, RF meters).
• Travel occasionally to vendors/Blue Origin locations for EGSE design, fabrication, and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Build Spacecraft EGSE systems.
• Design circuits and interconnection designs.
• Lead architecture, design, and fabrication of test equipment using custom and vendor hardware.
• Develop data acquisition, control, and protection system hardware.
• Collaborate with Test, Systems, and Flight Hardware Design Engineers on features and safety.
• Ensure EGSE meets requirements and delivery schedules.
• Integrate control, data acquisition, and archival hardware with Lunar IGS software.
• Create design descriptions, ICDs, BOMs, and documentation.
• Draft plans, procedures, and conduct EGSE verification and commissioning.
• Support and/or author Design Review materials and SRR/SDD/ICD documentation.
