Qualificações

• Must meet DHS qualifications for Lead Educator in a licensed child care center.
• Experience with young students in licensed early childhood education settings.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical demands may include standing or sitting long periods; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Background checks and state licensing compliance required.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, online lesson planning, and daily reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Curriculum Planning and implementation through play-based, age-appropriate lessons.
• Observe, assess, and tailor instruction to each student’s needs.
• Establish positive classroom culture and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Manage behavior with positive reinforcement and guidance techniques.
• Provide daily parent communication via the company app and other channels.
• Collaborate with families to support learning at school and home.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and share ideas with staff.
