You’ll observe progress, document growth, communicate with families via the Parent Communication app, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in ongoing professional development to keep teaching innovative and engaging.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood education setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving young children and classroom materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement weekly play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Observe and assess the development and progress of each child and tailor instruction.
• Establish and maintain a positive and respectful classroom culture.
• Provide daily communication with families through the Parent Communication app.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues.
