Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compliance with ethics, regulations, and CACFP documentation; update binders and training as required.
• Oversee high-quality, age-appropriate programming; ensure developmentally appropriate classroom care.
• Complete clear documentation and reports; communicate with parents and regulators; prepare lesson plans and communications.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teachers and volunteers; contribute to budget targets and staffing discussions.
• Assess each child’s development using progress reports and observations; coordinate and share assessment data.
