Bright Horizons is seeking a Lead Educator in the Blue Springs, MS area to lead a teaching team, deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum, and mentor new teachers. You will partner with families and maintain a high standard of educational quality across the program.

Responsibilities include curriculum analysis, using quality tools to improve implementation, and modelling best practices for staff while adhering to state and company requirements.

Formación

• Background checks as required by state and company.
• Meet state education and experience requirements.
• Experience in high-quality child care/preschool settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team in implementing high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Be a curriculum expert and use educational quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation.
• Mentor new teachers and serve as a role model for the teaching team.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements and report suspected cases of child abuse or neglect.

CDA with plan to complete associate degree

Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or child development

3+ years of teaching experience in child care/preschool

NAEYC center experience (preferred)
