Responsibilities:

• Serve as a classroom lead teacher and age group expert.
• Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessments, documentation, and classroom environments.
• Communicate daily with parents and document important milestones in their child's day.
• Create and lead activities based on observations of children’s interests and needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom by following established procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED (Degree preferred)
• At least six months of experience working in childcare, daycare, or preschool (preferred)
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or undergo weekly testing (testing supplies and tracking provided)
