At Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County, our goal is to develop our next generation of community leaders. We are proud to be the largest youth serving organization in Whatcom County and we are always looking for dedicated educators to enrich our classrooms, Clubhouses, and our community. We believe it is important for our team to reflect the diverse neighborhoods we are located in and strive to be a safe, patient place for all kids.
Our Early Learning Centers are actively seeking Lead Teachers who enjoy helping youth meet developmental milestones through play and fun.
Our Lead Teachers support the center in implementing activities that promote physical, mental, and social-emotional development for youth ages 1 month old through 12 years old. Our learning assistants comply with all WAC (Washington Administrative Code) requirements, including having a current Tuberculosis test, 30-hr STARs training, fingerprinting for background check, etc.

PAY RANGE: $21.75 - $27.00 per hour DOE
