At Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County, our goal is to develop our next generation of community leaders. Our Early Learning Centers are actively seeking Lead Teachers who enjoy helping youth meet developmental milestones through play and fun.

Our Lead Teachers support the center in implementing activities that promote physical, mental, and social-emotional development for youth ages 1 month old through 12 years old. Our learning assistants comply with all WAC (Washington Administrative Code) requirements, including having a current Tuberculosis test, 30-hr STARs training, fingerprinting for background check, etc.

PAY RANGE: $21.75 - $27.00 per hour DOE
