Job summary

Primrose School of Roseville at Blue Oaks is seeking an Education & Curriculum Coach to guide teachers and support curriculum implementation. This part-time leadership role focuses on mentoring, coaching, and ensuring high-quality educational experiences for children and families.

You will observe classrooms, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with school leadership to drive professional development and continuous improvement across the teaching team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as mentor, coach, and resource for classroom teachers.
• Build trusting relationships with teachers while maintaining expectations.
• Support teachers in implementing the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback.
• Help teachers solve classroom challenges and identify solutions.
• Model effective teaching and classroom management practices.
• Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and PD.
• Ensure curriculum, lesson planning, assessments, and practices are consistent.
• Support new teachers as they learn curriculum and routines.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
