Primrose School of Johns Creek Northwest is seeking a part-time Curriculum Coach who supports our teachers in delivering high-quality early childhood education. The role runs 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and focuses on coaching, collaboration, and strengthening instructional practices.

With 1–3 years of educational experience, you will provide ongoing professional development, monitor classroom practices, and help foster a positive, growth-oriented environment for both staff and children.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to classroom dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to enhance instructional strategies and improve classroom practices.
• Provide ongoing coaching to educators in implementing effective teaching methodologies.
• Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions tailored to staff needs.
