Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Director of eDiscovery to lead a government-focused team on electronic discovery and litigation support. You will oversee ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production, coordinating with attorneys, GC, and vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in eDiscovery, Relativity administration, and end-user training, with US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery/review processes.
• 7+ years of experience in a litigation support/eDiscovery environment, preferably government or top vendor.
• Experience performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity.
• Experience with end-user training and support for Litigation Support applications.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO and other eDiscovery platforms.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a litigation support/eDiscovery team on a Government project.
• Provide project management and coordination across stakeholders.
• Oversee ESIs intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
• Support and train end-users across Litigation Support applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the eDiscovery platform.
• Stay updated on discovery industry practices and regulations.
