Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC. seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters. You will manage electronic evidence, leverage RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

Responsibilities include workflow translation, data processing, and maintaining RelativityOne case databases, with a focus on quality and secure handling of confidential information.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (incl. Excel) and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment and clear communication when supporting attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
