Shield AI seeks a technical leader to drive the Edge Applications and Mission System platform for autonomous robotic systems. You will shape architecture, enable multi-vehicle GCS workflows, and architect APIs and data models for extensibility.

You will guide C2 and BMS integration, define operator workflows, and ensure secure, scalable edge deployments in challenged environments. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential.

Competenze

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent track record.
• 5+ years in technical leadership as architect/lead or similar.
• Experience with defense GCS/C2 applications and mission planning integration.

Mansioni

• Own the platform architecture across operator apps, backend services, data, and edge deployment.
• Lead C2 and BMS interoperability with external mission systems.
• Advance operator and agentic workflows with AI-assisted planning and supervision.
• Drive the technical roadmap and translate customer needs into actionable milestones.
• Lead customer deployment from requirements to sustainment.
