Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Onsite Technical Lead to design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support the solution for a Customer’s Loan Operations function. You will provide onsite leadership for a three-phase rollout, including AL-enabled document extraction, data reconciliation, and API-based integration, while coordinating onshore/offshore teams and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership for the solution deployment across three phases: AL-enabled extraction, data digitization, storage, review and reconciliation, and API-driven integration.
• Develop BRD, HLD, LLD and deployment designs, infrastructure architecture and deployment plans, and a test strategy.
• Coordinate onsite/offshore project activities, manage risk, release and change control processes, and deliver status reports.
• Own the project plan, deliverables, and customer relationship management, including stakeholder engagement and account growth.

General Description

Responsibilities

Onsite Technical Lead to design, configure, develop, test, deploy and support the Solution for Customer’s Loan Operations function. This role will be responsible for the following:

• Provide Onsite leadership for the solution deployment in the following three phases:
• Phase 1 - AL-enabled Intelligent Information Extraction and digitization & data storage of financial and contractual documents
• Phase 2: Review, comparison and reconciliation of extracted data between documents
• Phase 3: Integration of the solution leveraging APIs and other interfaces, deployment in production, and Hypercare Services

Delivery Of The Following

• Low Level Design (LLD)
• Infrastructure Architecture and Deployment Design
• Test Strategy and Test Plan

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide Onsite/Offshore coordination for the project team
• Steer architecture reviews, configuration management, release management, risk management and change control process
• Own and deliver the project plan, deliverables and project status reporting
• Responsible for customer relationship management, stakeholder management, engagement service levels and developing the account

Experience

• 10 plus years of overall experience in IT field
• Proven experience in Technical leadership roles
• Minimum 3 plus years of experience designing, implementing and deploying AI solutions
• Prior work experience in Financial Services will be a great plus

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70,730-$198,505

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
