Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Technical Lead to design, configure, develop, test, deploy and support the Solution for Customer’s Enterprise Agentic deployment for Commercial and Back-office functions.

This role requires strong onshore leadership in the US, coordinating onshore and offshore teams, driving requirements, and delivering architectural blueprints for scalable enterprise solutions using Azure AI services and related tooling.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with proven technical leadership.
• 4+ years designing, implementing and deploying AI solutions.
• Experience deploying Agentic AI workflows.
• Proven experience with Azure AI services and DevOps pipelines.
• Procurement or supply chain domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onshore leadership for deployment and US stakeholders contact.
• Coordinate onsite/offshore project teams and drive design sessions.
• Define standards and blueprint for Enterprise Architecture and integration.
• Lead architecture reviews, release and change control processes.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Lead to design, configure, develop, test, deploy and support the Solution for Customer’s Enterprise Agentic deployment for Commercial and Back-office functions.

This role will be responsible for the following:

• Provide Onshore leadership for the solution deployment, and be the single point of contact for the customer stake holders during working hours in US
• Provide Onsite/Offshore coordination for the project team
• Drive requirements elicitation, whiteboarding and solution design sessions with the customer
• Define standards, considerations and dependencies for solution to be scaled to Enterprise
• Define a blueprint for Enterprise Architecture, including but not limited to Outcomes tracking, Efficiencies Tracking, Semantic Layer, Data Foundation, and Integration mechanism (with customer's ERP, Domain Workflow Tools, Custom-built Applications and Legacy Applications)
• Steer architecture reviews, configuration management, release management, risk management and change control process
• Own and deliver the technical deliverables of the project plan, and report on their status internally and externally to the customer
• Own the escalation management process, and drive the Root-Cause-Analysis exercise of issues end-to-end till their closure
• Define benchmarks for solution performance in alignment with customer and Capgemini AI leadership
• Perform code reviews and own the optimization of code and performance of solution as per required standards
• Coordinate with Capgemini IT and Customer IT teams to plan & provision for Infrastructure, and major phases of testing and production deployment
• Drive UAT and Integration Testing sessions with the customer
• Responsible for customer relationship management, stakeholder management, engagement service levels and developing the account

Delivery of the following:

• High Level Design (HLD)
• Low Level Design (LLD)
• Enterprise Architecture and Deployment Design
• Assessment Reports on quality of code and solution performance
• Weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly technical and business reviews with the customer

Experience:

• 12 plus years of overall experience in IT field
• Proven experience in Technical leadership roles
• Minimum 4 plus years of experience designing, implementing and deploying AI solutions
• Proven experience with deploy Agentic AI workflows
• Prior work experience in procurement/Supply chain domain will be a great plus
• Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Azure OpenAI Service
• Azure Functions and Azure App Service
• Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Azure AI Document Intelligence, where approved

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $79,200- $222,575. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
