Beebe Healthcare is seeking an Echo Technologist Lead to assist the Director/Manager in the operational oversight of the Echo Lab, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and high-quality patient care. The role supports staff development, accreditation standards, and continuous performance improvement, while coordinating workflow and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in echocardiography/cardiology.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Competency in non-invasive Echo and vascular studies.
• Competency in IV access, contrast administration and IV removal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Echo Lab operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality outcomes.
• Assign staff based on skill level and patient needs for safe coverage.
• Maintain staff schedules, monitor coverage and adjust for patient volumes.
• Ensure equipment, supplies, and inventory are properly maintained for uninterrupted service.
• Provide mentoring and training to staff; participate in education programs and performance improvement initiatives.
