Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher in Phoenix, AZ to lead classrooms, implement our curriculum, and create a nurturing environment for children. You will partner with families and staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement across centers.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of early childhood experience, CDA or NAEYC candidacy, and CPR/First Aid certification. A Bachelor’s in ECE is preferred. Join our team and help shape confident learners nationwide.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Possess CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center's success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
