Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• Minimum 2 years managing field crews on highway, roadway, bridge, or sitework projects.
• Strong background in earthwork, MOT operations, and grading.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations on heavy civil projects.
• Plan and supervise field activities from grading to completion.
• Manage labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is performed safely and on schedule.
