Job summary

Primrose School of Winfield seeks experienced Early Preschool Teachers (24 months - 3 years) to foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth using the Primrose Balanced Learning approach. The role offers lead, full-time positions with provided lesson plans, supplies, and resources.

Hours are 7:45-4:45, weekdays, no weekends. The ideal candidate will hold a CDA/AA/BA/MA in ECE or related field, have a passion for early childhood education, and bring experience from licensed programs.

Qualifications

• CDA, Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s degree in ECE or related field required.
• Experience in licensed early childhood program preferred.
• Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children.
• Passion for early childhood education and a vision of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily classroom functions and ensure a safe, engaging environment.
• Implement approved lesson plans and the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Track children’s progress and communicate with parents using our assessments.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and meeting health/safety standards.
