Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Clinical Lead, Early Clinical & Experimental Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA / Morristown, NJ. The role drives early clinical development of oncology assets, including small molecules, mAbs, ADCs, and cellular therapies, from preclinical to phase 2a, aligning with Global ECET Oncology goals.

Required is an advanced medical degree (MD or MD/PhD) with several years of clinical research experience and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across global asset teams

Qualifications

• Advanced degree: MD or MD/PhD.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience in early development (Phase 1/2a).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct early clinical development studies (FIH to phase 2a).
• Review and approve study documentation (monitoring plan, SAP, contracts, regulatory docs).
• Coordinate clinical team and CRO oversight; ensure QA and regulatory compliance.
