Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Early Clinical Scientist to lead or support early phase studies, accountable for clinical and scientific execution of the protocol. The ECS will coordinate design and execution of trials, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure data integrity within Parexel standards.

Responsibilities include safety risk management, protocol co-authorship, and development of site monitoring plans and study operations documents.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CROs from the Sponsor side for Phase 1 trials.
• Authoring Protocol Concepts and related documents.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Clinical trial data review and safety reporting experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage accelerated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, planning and execution of early phase trials with the Clinical Director and teams.
• Oversee trials across programs to ensure data validity and objective alignment.
• Monitor trial safety assessment and risk management for accelerated timelines.
• Co-author protocols, investigator brochures, and trial reports per standards.
• Develop study operational documents and monitor budget approvals with vendors.
