Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tennessee childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned classroom and ensure all standards are met.
• Teach curriculum with fidelity and plan daily schedules.
• Coach and support Assistant Teachers and staff.
• Maintain accurate records and developmental portfolios.
