KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead classrooms, mentor peers, and deliver our supportive early childhood curriculum. Join our team to foster a safe, engaging environment where children develop confidence and joy in learning.

You will collaborate with families, center staff, and local authorities to meet enrollment and accreditation goals while promoting positive development for every child in our care.

Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer is preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
