Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking passionate teachers to join our team. In this role you will lead, coach and mentor fellow teachers while delivering our curriculum to meet the needs of every child.

You will partner with parents, center leadership and licensing authorities to support enrollment, accreditation and engagement, while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow, learn and thrive in our community. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in progress.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and be active indoors/outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
