Cadence Education is hiring a Lead Teacher in Georgia to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. You will plan and deliver the curriculum aligned with Cadence programs, build positive relationships with families, and ensure licensing compliance while supporting children, including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers in a licensed childcare center.
• 6–12 months of early childhood or classroom experience preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA or related credential preferred but not required if state requirements are met.
• Flexibility in scheduling; shifts may vary.
