Job summary

Community Action Council’s The Prep Academy at Winburn in Lexington, KY is seeking an Entry-level Teacher to lead the teaching team in the early childhood classroom.

You will oversee the education program, ensure compliance with licensing, Head Start standards, and NAEYC, and support curriculum development and record-keeping.

Qualifications include IECE certification for higher levels; experience with children with disabilities is preferred; strong computer skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood classroom management, planning curriculum and record-keeping.
• Experience working with children with disabilities is highly desired.
