Big Blue Marble Academy is seeking an Early Child Care Lead Teacher for the Murfreesboro location to plan and implement play-based activities that take children on a world-themed learning journey. You will develop daily family rapport and share milestones through electronic reports, while maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and Early Childhood coursework or CDA preferred; six months of childcare experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Early Childhood coursework or CDA preferred.
• At least six months of childcare, daycare or preschool experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and supervise children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities using a play-based curriculum around world adventures and developmentally appropriate skills.
• Develop rapport with families daily and share milestones via electronic daily reports.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe.
