Big Blue Marble Academy in Florida is seeking an Early Child Care Lead Teacher to join our team and guide play-based learning for infants through preschoolers.

You will plan activities, build daily family rapport, and follow safety guidelines to maintain a clean, safe classroom while helping children develop essential skills and a love of learning in a diverse, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Early Childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
• Six months experience in childcare, daycare or preschool preferred.
• Must be able to stand 6-8 hours daily and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement activities using a play-based curriculum.
• Develop rapport with families daily and share milestones via electronic reports.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe.
