Job summary

Big Blue Marble Academy in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an Early Child Care Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in daily activities and classroom operations. You will partner with families to nurture children, document milestones with a tech-enabled daily tracking system, and help maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Applicants should be at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED; experience with children preferred; CDA or degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated experience working with children; child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• Early childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team with the Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and ensure the classroom is functioning smoothly.
• Partner with families to nurture and care for their children and document milestones using tech-enabled tracking.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe.
