Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking dedicated teachers to lead classrooms, mentor staff, and implement our curriculum to support young learners. You will create a safe, engaging environment and collaborate with families and school partners to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or eligibility for NAEYC candidacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children’s development.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
